In the event of simple restrictions, you may present your vehicle in front of the bollard located on Place de la Motte Rouge (at the city crossroads), and call the hotel on 05 46 41 20 68 so that we can remotely activate the mechanism to clear the passage. You´ll then be able to enter the hotel at the drop-off points, drop off your luggage, pick up your vehicle at our garage if you´ve reserved one, and leave the pedestrian zone. In the event of a total closure, we will provide an escort service for guests who have reserved a garage. Please inform us of your arrival time so that we can organize this service as efficiently as possible; we will provide you with the address of our parking lot. When you arrive at the parking lot entrance, please call us on 05 46 41 20 68 so that our employee can come and meet you with the access badge
