Hyatt Place is a new kind of hotel that puts style, innovation and the Hyatt Touch within everyone´s reach. Our guests will enjoy a spacious guestroom with a 42 inch flat panel high-definition television, our signature Hyatt Grand Bed, a plush Cozy Corner oversized sofa sleeper that is separated from the sleeping area, and complimentary high-speed Wi-Fi internet access throughout the hotel. The hotel completed a $1.5 million renovation in February 2014 to maintain the hotel´s stylish modern design, which included all 151 guestrooms and all public spaces and corridors, including the lobby, meeting space, StayFit Gym, and other common areas. The innovation extends beyond the guestroom. Our lobby is a warm and open area that features an intimate coffee and wine cafe, a TV den and an e-room with free access to a public computer and printer. We have 151 fully appointed rooms, meeting rooms with catering and audio visual available, indoor heated pool, and fitness center. All guests receive complimentary breakfast. Our breakfast includes premium ingredients, cage-free eggs, and regional chef-inspired dishes. Easy access to I-355 and I-88. Centrally located to IBM, Oakbrook Terrace Tower, McDonald´s Corp HQ, Oakbrook Shopping Center, and Brookfield Zoo. Pet Policy: 1-6 nights a $75 non-refundable fee. 7-30 nights a $75 non-refundable fee plus an additional $100 cleaning fee. Maximum of 2 dogs per room are permitted. Weight must be 50 LBS or less max of 75 LBS per room. Fees are in USD. Service Animals are exempt from fees.

Driving Directions from the East: (W) 88E to Highland Avenue, North. Proceed immediately into far right lane. East onto Butterfield Road (route 56 2nd light); Butterfield East to Fountain Square Drive and turn left at the light you will see hotel. ## Driving Directions from the West: (E) 88W Exit Highland Avenue NOrth. Proceed immediately into far right lane. Make an immediate right onto route 56(butterfield road). Take Butterfield East to Fountain Square drive and turn left at the light. You will see hotel immediately. ## Morton Arboretum: (NE) From Odgen Avenue go North on I-355 to Butterfield Rd, Turn Left on Butterfield road (East) go 1.5 miles to Fountain Square Drive and Turn Right ## Driving Directions from the South: (N) I-55s to I-294 N take I-294 N to I-88W, I-88W to Highland Avenue North make a right on Highland and an immediate right onto Route 56(Butterfield Road).
