Hotel Residents – access to the leisure facilities are allowed from 12pm on the day of arrival until 11am on the day of departure. Exception to this is if you have a Spa treatment booked before 12pm on day of arrival or 11am on day of departure
Day Spa Guest - access to the leisure facilities are allowed up to a maximum of 90 minutes both before and after spa treatments. Spa and Swimming Pool access must be booked in advance of arrival to avoid disappointment. This is limited to 1 x slot per booking. Bookings will not be possible on arrival at the hotel.
Dogs are permitted in ground floor rooms at a charge of £20 per room per night. This includes the use of a dog basket and dog bowl. Guide/Service dogs are free of charge

Arriving by car
M4 exit 18, take A46 towards Bath. After 8 miles come off dual carriageway and turn right at roundabout (A4). Carry on for one mile, turn left at first set of traffic light. Turn right at roundabout and first left in to Sydney Place. Children up to age 16 can use the swimming pool, accompanied by an adult, during the hours of 08:00 -11:00 and 15:00 - 18:00
