The property is designed in the style of a traditional Australian homestead from a bygone era with the main guest lounge, reception, restaurant and bar located in the original homestead.

Spicers Hidden Vale’s Cotton's Restaurant is perfect for conference groups with seating for up to 90 delegates. The restaurant can also cater for private dinners for up to 20 delegates in the Homestead Boardroom and for larger functions the lawn surrounded with award-winning gardens and sweeping views of the surrounding valleys sets a stunning setting.
Relaxed morning teas and afternoon drinks can be enjoyed in our Guest Lounges featuring open fireplaces, on the verandah, or looking out to the tranquil views at the Cotton’s bar. Read more about Cotton’s Restaurant.
The Barn is an ideal casual dining area for conference groups who want something relaxed with country style. The Barn seats up to 30 people indoors for dining, or up to 50 outdoors on the cobbled forecourt (weather dependant). The Barn also contains a private bar, ping pong table, pool table and pot belly fireplace making it a great all -weather option for pre dinner or post dinner drinks.

The Boardroom is situated in the Main Homestead with access to the guest lounge & homestead
verandas, offering natural light and fresh air. This room is ideal for group meetings around the board
table. Audio Visual facilities are available. Also available for private dining - room hire fees apply.
The Laidley Room is situated at the top of the property & offers ample natural light, fresh air & a deck
area for enjoying morning & afternoon teas. All popular set up styles are available & with internal
stereo & audio visual facilities available. Also available for private dining - room hire fees apply.
The Grandchester Room is situated adjacent to the Main Homestead & offers room to move. All popular
set up styles are available with internal stereo & audio visual facilities available. It offers natural light,
fresh air and a lounge area for informal breakout.
Cotton’s Restaurant is located in the charming original homestead and offers an intimate, relaxing
atmosphere for evening dining experiences.
The Barn is located close to the homestead and campfire area, with private bar, ping pong and pool
table and offers casual country atmosphere for evening dining experiences or drinks - room hire fees
apply.
