This wine tavern is located in the centre of Eltville am Rhein. The picturesque banks of the Rhine offer a perfect setting for hiking and cycling tours. The long-distance cycling route, Hessische Radfernweg R3, which is 258 kilometres long and extends from Rüdesheim am Rhein via Eltville to Tann, is particularly recommendable.

If you like wine, you´ll love the hotel and wine tavern Zum Krug. Homemade wines and spirits have been created here for generations. Try some of them with a dinner in the traditional restaurant. In keeping with the atmosphere of this historic building, the elegant guestrooms are characterised by a mixture of modern furnishings and rustic ceiling beams, creating a unique flair.

If you are coming from direction Frankfurt you should drive on the motorway A3 via Wiesbaden then continue on the A66 in direction Eltville. Take the exit Hattenheim. Turn left and continue straight till you reach the Haupstrasse.
