Arriving by car
Driving Directions from the West: (W) Coming in on Route 3, you will pass the Spotsylvania Towne Center. Make a left turn onto Carl D Silver Parkway. Either make the first right onto Commerce St. and the hotel will be on your left just past the Outback Steakhouse or go around to the first light and turn right onto Trade St., the hotel is on your left at the corner. ## Driving Directions from the East: (E) Pass through the City of Fredericksburg, cross over Interstate 95 and take the first right at the first light onto Carl D Silver parkway. Turn right onto Commerce St. and the hotel is located on your left just past the Outback Steakhouse. ## Driving Directions from the Airport: (S) Reagan National Airport is the closest airport. Simply take I-95 south to exit 130B. ## Driving Directions from the South: (S) Take exit # 130B off Interstate 95. West towards Culpeper. Take the first right at the first light onto Carl D Silver Parkway. Take the first right onto Commerce St. and the hotel is on your left just past Outback Steakhouse. ## Driving Directions from the North: (N) We are located at the exit # 130B off interstate 95.
