Our new convention centre „RhönUm“ offers five conference rooms (from 25 - 246 sqm) and a range of workrooms with spectacular views over the Rhön mountains. The rooms offer high-end furnishings, a warm colour palate, and elegantly designed interiors. They are ideal for small meetings as well as large conferences, company get-togethers, or product presentations.
All rooms come with modern audio, video, and media equipment. The sound systems Sona5 and Sona6 (Kling & Freitag) guarantee crisp and clear sound, while media is controlled from touch panels by Crestron. The Barco Click Share with 2x and 4x buttons is sure to delight every conference participant! And what’s best: conference rates already include equipment fees!
The hotel also offers an event tent (on the hotel premises) for up to 1000 participants. Additionally, up to 10 ha of exhibition space are offered for product presentations.
