We do not have reception staff on duty at the hotel; we are reachable 24/7 on +39-342-1496299. 2 days before the arrival we email you the self check-in procedure which needs to be forwarded to the Guest. NO breakfast available at the hotel; all the rooms are supplied with tea & coffee making facilities. In case breakfast is requested, we have the Caffè del Duomo (30 mt away) as a reference.
