4. Who do I have to pay and how much?
You pay the booked services to the provider. You owe tagungshotel.com nothing for this service. This also applies when we initiate a search for an alternative provider for you.
When a provider submits a fitting offer to your request profile, you are informed about it via email. This email contains a link that leads you to the offer that was made just for you. The quoted price for services to be rendered, given in the name of the provider, is not from us but comes from the provider.
5. Finally
These regulations are valid for all requests made, that are transferred via tagungshotel.com to potential providers. Direct bookings, for example of a hotel are done through a third provider who will inform you about his privacy policies and terms of use on his internet page.
The operators of the internet platform act exclusively on the basis of the law of the Federal Republic of Germany and can only be claimed on, through the court having jurisdiction over where the company is domiciled.
